How many edits can I request?

The first two edit requests are complimentary per board. Each additional request thereafter will result in a $25 editing fee. 

Is there a minimum order required?

Yes. We have a minimum order of $200. This does not include shipping.

How does shipping work?

Everything basically up to 100 lbs. will ship via parcel (like UPS or FEDEX). Orders over 100 lbs. will ship via LTL (less-than-truckload). Rates will vary based on location, weight, and dimensions. Shipping costs will be calculated once your order is placed.

When can I expect my order?

Typically, 4-6 weeks after approval of the artwork proof(s).

How do I know my order has shipped?

You will receive an email confirmation with tracking information.

Will I be notified when my order is shipped?

Yes, you will receive a proof of delivery email that will have date and time of delivery.

What are the payment options?

We except Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover card.

Do you accept returns?

No. Each shadow board is custom designed and therefore cannot be resold. If you believe an error has occurred with your order, please reach out to us so that we can investigate the matter. We want to ensure that you’re happy with your purchase.
